Access data/ server log files 

The provider (respectively his webspace provider) collects data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

The provider only uses the log files for statistical purposes for the operation, the safety and the optimisation of the offer. The provider reserves the right to check the log files at a later point of time, if there is justified suspicion for a unlawful use based on tangible evidence. 


Handling of personal data 

Personal data ist information, that makes a person identifiable, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, the email address or the phone number. But also data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites have been visited by somebody are regarded as personal data. 

Personal data are only collected, used and transmitted by the provider, if permissible by law or the users have consented to the data collection.

Comments or other posts 

When users post comments on the blog or other posts, their IP addresses will be stored. This is done for the security of the provider, in case somebody posts illegal content in comments and posts (insults, banned political propaganda, etc.). In this case, the provider himself may be prosecuted for the comment or other post and is therefore interested in the author’s identity. 

Integration of third-party services and content 

It may happen that contents of third parties are integrated within this website, such as YouTube videos, maps from Google-Maps, RSS-feeds or graphics from other websites. This always assumes that the provider of such content (hereinafter referred to as “third party“) can see the IP address of the users. For without the IP address, they could not send the content to the user’s browser. The IP address is therefore required for the display of these contents. We only make use of such content, whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the content.
